Steve Wonsiewicz is the founder of Fresearch.com, a website that offers users free, unlimited access to essential financial information on some of the country's leading, public companies. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the media industry working for investment research firms, financial services companies and business publishers in the U.S., Great Britain, and the Netherlands. Prior to forming Fresearch.com, Steve served as the head of portfolio research for an independent financial advisor and as a relationship manager in the commercial banking department for a national bank. Before that, he was co-founder of American Hometown Publishing, a community newspaper publisher. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Tennessee Voices for Children, a non-profit advocacy group for children with emotional and behavioral disorders. He lives in Brentwood, TN and on weekends can be found in his kayak fishing on Percy Priest Lake. He’s also one of the few media analysts who has interviewed (via telephone) Mick Jagger, David Bowie and Elvis Costello.
