Alan Brochstein, CFA has worked in the securities industry for over 22 years. He founded AB Analytical Services in 2007 in order to provide independent research and consulting to registered investment advisors. More recently, he also began providing a subscription-based service for individual investors, InvestByModel.com. His prior experience includes serving as a principal and analyst/portfolio manager at Piedra Capital, which managed over $500mm for individuals and institutions at the time, as well as several positions in bond trading and portfolio management.
